These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Interlude, a construction project management platform operated by PT Straventa ("Straventa", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, downloading the mobile app, or using any part of the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use the Service. By using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use.
Subject to these Terms, Straventa grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your organization's internal construction management purposes. This license does not grant you any right to resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Service.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including photos, documents, project data, comments, and records ("Your Content"). By uploading Your Content, you grant Straventa a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service for you and your organization.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload Your Content and that it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any law.
The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, logos, and content (excluding Your Content), is the property of Straventa and its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. No ownership of the Service is transferred to you by these Terms.
We strive to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform scheduled maintenance or unscheduled updates that temporarily suspend access. We are not liable for downtime or data loss caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events.
Paid features of the Service, if any, are subject to separate commercial agreements between your organization and Straventa. Fees, payment terms, and refund policies will be specified in the applicable agreement or order form.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or put the Service or its users at risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, governing law) will remain in effect.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. STRAVENTA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, STRAVENTA AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT WILL STRAVENTA'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO STRAVENTA IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE MILLION RUPIAH (IDR 1,000,000), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Straventa, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and failing that, through the competent courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the Service or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
